Do my QR codes stop working if I downgrade?
Never. Printed codes are forever, wherever you put them. Your cigar pages stay live on every plan.
What are serialized codes?
A unique code for every box you roll, so smokers can verify their cigar is genuine and copied bands get flagged. On Capa and Reserva they're an add-on: packs of 1,000 at $39, or $29 per 1,000 from 5,000, and credits never expire. On Gran Reserva and Familia they're included, unlimited, at no extra cost.
What counts as a vitola?
Each size you publish counts as one cigar page. Your brand page and lines don't count against the limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll move you to the right plan any time. Changes apply immediately.
What does "text-only" mean on the Free plan?
It means your pages show words, not pictures: your story, specs, and links, without a logo or photos. Free also publishes one line and one vitola. Anything beyond that stays saved and private, never deleted, and appears the moment your plan includes it. On Capa your logo, cigar photos, and hero images turn on with nothing to re-upload.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Create your account and add your brand. The trial starts automatically with full Reserva features, no credit card required. When it ends, your pages stay live on the Free plan and nothing you created is deleted. To stay on a paid plan, contact us on WhatsApp.
What are announcement emails?
Emails you write and send to the smokers who joined your list from your own pages. A new release, an event, a limited run. You write once and every subscriber gets it in your colors, with your logo, from your brand. Capa includes 500 a month, Reserva 2,000, Reserva Especial 5,000, Gran Reserva 10,000, and Familia 25,000. Every plan, including Free, can send a test to your own inbox first.
What happens if I reach my monthly email limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. We warn you at 80% and again when you reach it. Further sends wait for the 1st, when your allowance resets, or you can add email credits and keep going. Your list, your pages, and your scheduled work all stay exactly as they are.
Who owns my subscriber list?
You do. Every smoker who joins from your pages belongs to your brand, not to a retailer, not to a distributor, and not to us. Export the whole list to CSV whenever you want, including the ones who opted out. We transmit your announcements and run the unsubscribe link on your behalf, and we never contact your subscribers for our own reasons or share them with another brand.
Reserva or Reserva Especial?
It comes down to catalog size. Reserva covers 3 lines and 10 vitolas, which fits most working brands. If your portfolio is bigger than that, Reserva Especial removes the limit entirely for one brand, adds 5 team seats and 5,000 announcement emails, and costs $99. Once you need more than one brand, white label, or market reports, that is Gran Reserva.
