Publishing catalog content does not use paid capacity. A node counts once when you connect its permanent QR: portfolio, cigar brand, line or vitola. Connecting a vitola also connects any missing parent brand and line QRs because every printed destination needs a complete path.

Yes. Change Capa, Reserva, or Reserva Especial from Dashboard > Billing through the secure Account Portal. The portal shows timing, proration, credits, or charges before you confirm. Contact us for Gran Reserva or Familia.

It means your pages show words, not pictures: your story, specs and links, without a logo or photos. Free publishes one line and one vitola with up to three connected catalog QRs. Capa unlocks unlimited catalog content and the complete platform, including your visual assets.

Create your account and add your first brand. A 14-day Reserva trial starts automatically with no credit card. It returns to Free when it ends unless you choose a paid plan, and nothing you created is deleted. Capa, Reserva, and Reserva Especial are self-serve from Dashboard > Billing; Gran Reserva and Familia are sales-assisted.

Emails you write and send to the smokers who joined your list from your own pages. A new release, an event, a limited run. You write once and every subscriber gets it in your colors, with your logo, from your brand. Capa includes 500 a month, Reserva 2,500, Reserva Especial 5,000, Gran Reserva 10,000, and Familia 25,000. Every plan, including Free, can send a test to your own inbox first.

Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. We warn you at 80% and again when you reach it. Further sends wait for the 1st, when your allowance resets, or you can add email credits and keep going. Your list, pages and queued work all stay exactly as they are.

You do. Every smoker who joins from your pages belongs to your brand, not to a retailer, not to a distributor, and not to us. Export the whole list to CSV whenever you want, including the ones who opted out. We transmit your announcements and run the unsubscribe link on your behalf, and we never contact your subscribers for our own reasons or share them with another brand.

Count the permanent catalog nodes you want to connect to QR. Capa covers 25 with 2 team seats, Reserva 45 with 5 seats, and Reserva Especial 65 with 10 seats. Gran Reserva removes the connected QR limit and includes 20 seats. Every paid plan includes the complete platform, unlimited catalog content and one dedicated Factory Scanner seat outside the team allowance. Serialized authenticity is unlimited from Reserva upward. Familia adds bespoke white label, custom domains, integrations and contracted service.

AI Brand Studio, Event Workspace and Newsroom Radar are included and live on every paid plan, with per-account budgets and human review built in. QR Cigars Pulse for iPhone is included with every paid plan as well.

From Capa up, every public page ends in a short tap-only questionnaire: strength, pairing and occasion instead of an anonymous comment box. The visitor gets a palate reveal written in your voice (Settings → Circle & palate reveal) and an invitation to join your circle by email or WhatsApp. Answers appear aggregated in Analytics, and written comments become members-only, so they come from smokers who shared their contact.
