Public cigar pages are intended only for adults who meet the legal smoking age where they are located. The age prompt is a screening tool and does not establish identity, legal capacity, or compliance with every local rule. Parents and guardians should supervise minors' internet access.
2. Tobacco health warning
Cigars contain tobacco and may contain nicotine. Nicotine is addictive. Cigar smoke contains toxic and cancer-causing chemicals and can harm both the person smoking and people exposed to secondhand smoke. Cigar use is not a safe alternative to cigarettes, including when smoke is not inhaled.
QR Cigars does not provide medical advice or make reduced-risk claims. Product descriptions, strength labels, tasting notes, and stories are not health or safety statements. If you do not use tobacco, do not start. Questions about health, pregnancy, addiction, or quitting should be directed to a qualified health professional or official public-health service.
3. QR Cigars does not sell tobacco
QR Cigars provides software, hosted content, and QR routing. It does not manufacture, import, distribute, offer for sale, sell, ship, or deliver cigars or other tobacco products. External brand, retailer, WhatsApp, email, or website links are supplied by independent brands. Any purchase, age verification, tax, licensing, delivery, advertising, or product issue is between the visitor and that third party.
4. Brand content and subjective information
Brand pages and product materials are supplied and controlled by independent cigar brands. QR Cigars does not independently verify every origin, blend, ingredient, measurement, award, trademark, stock claim, retailer, price, image, health warning, or marketing statement. Tasting notes, strength, pairings, ratings, and comments are subjective and may vary.
Display of a brand or product is not an endorsement by QR Cigars. Brands remain responsible for lawful advertising, required warnings, intellectual property, consumer claims, and availability in each territory.
5. Authenticity verification limits
A Verified status means the scanned code was issued in the participating brand's QR Cigars registry and met the software checks shown at that time. Scan counts may identify unusual reuse. They do not prove chain of custody, product composition, condition, lawful import, ownership, safety, or authenticity through physical or laboratory examination.
Codes can be copied, photographed, transferred, entered manually, or attached to another product. If a code is missing, invalid, or heavily reused, contact the brand or authorized seller. Do not rely on QR status alone for a high-value, regulated, or safety-sensitive decision.
6. Service and QR availability
We design printed QR destinations to remain usable across plan changes, but no online service can promise uninterrupted or perpetual availability. Networks, devices, domains, providers, legal restrictions, security events, suspended brands, and circumstances beyond our control can affect access. Cached, translated, or third-party content may be delayed or inaccurate.
7. No professional advice
Nothing on QR Cigars is legal, medical, tax, customs, sanctions, trademark, advertising, printing, or regulatory advice. Account holders and visitors should obtain qualified advice for their facts and jurisdiction. Platform templates and warnings do not replace permits, label review, advertising review, consent management, or professional compliance work.
8. Report a concern
Report suspected counterfeit use, unlawful content, a copied code, rights infringement, a minor-safety issue, or an inaccurate product claim to hello@qrcigars.com. Include the page URL, QR code if relevant, the reason for concern, and supporting information. We may preserve and share a report when reasonably necessary to investigate or comply with law.
