Request account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your QR Cigars account and associated personal data, whether you use QR Cigars Pulse on Android or iOS, or the web dashboard.
How to request deletion
- 01Email us from the address used for your QR Cigars account.
- 02Include your account email and the brand or organization name, if applicable.
- 03Tell us whether you want to remove only your user access or close an owner account and its owned brands.
- 04We will verify account ownership before beginning the durable closure process.
Never include a password, payment-card number, or authentication code in your request.
What the closure process deletes
- Your Clerk sign-in identity and access to QR Cigars applications.
- Personal account profile fields and authentication identifiers.
- Your memberships and pending invitations.
- Subscriber and contact-request data controlled by an owner account being closed.
What may be retained
- The non-personal QR registry and authenticity history needed so already-printed codes keep verifying.
- Limited billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and audit records where retention is legally or operationally required.
- Encrypted backup copies until their normal rolling deletion cycle completes, unless a legal hold applies.
Deleting a team member's user account does not delete another organization's catalog, QR registry, or business records.
