Litto Gomez

In 1999, LFD challenged itself to make a cigar entirely from tobacco grown on its own farm — which meant growing its own wrapper, a big investment and risk whose fermentation and aging took longer than expected. Today each year brings a new vintage edition of the LG Dominican Puro, made with four-year-old tobacco. The extremely limited Litto Gomez Small Batch uses special small batches of leaf — "the best of the best" — separated after every harvest at La Canela, with a rich Pelo de Oro wrapper grown on the farm.
