Plasencia

The Plasencia family tobacco story began in 1865, when Don Eduardo Plasencia left the Canary Islands and began growing tobacco in Cuba's Vuelta Abajo region. Across five generations, the family rebuilt its work in Nicaragua and Honduras, expanded its farms and factories, developed certified-organic growing practices, and launched the Plasencia Cigars brand in 2017. Its namesake catalog brings that agricultural heritage into blends made with tobacco from Plasencia's operations in Nicaragua and Honduras.
